Cellar Techniques
All grapes were hand picked. The grapes were harvested at full ripeness to result in a wine which is high in colour, and a very particular perfume redolent of apricots, peaches and blossom. The fermentation was done in wood barrels.
Description
It is a full bodied wine with a wide spectrum of freshly picked peaches, apricots and spice on the nose with an elegant finish. It will develop into flavours of tropical fruit, especially papaya.
