The unsurpassed viewpoint of the vast patchworks of winelands stretching out into the far corners of the Breede River Valley, framed by the magnificent Boland mountains, makes this two-storey getaway built from natural stone a little piece of heaven on earth.
Ultra spacious double-bedrooms will have you waking to the sounds of indigenous birdlife, whilst overlooking a blanket of clouds covering the valley below. Use the splash pool to cool down in summer time and go hiking to explore the beautiful surrounds. A wine tasting session at our established boutique cellar is of course a must.
The Avondrood Mountain House is an absolute joy for children, with wide prairies and jungles to roam and explore. You are welcome to bring your pets.
Please take note, that Avondrood Mountain house is completely self-catering, but provides absolutely everything from bedding to pots, pans and a microwave.
